October is coming up quickly, and here at Magpies that means more than the promise of pumpkin spice lattes. It means our annual Mobile Mammography events are just around the corner. Each year we make it a point to bring M.D. Anderson’s mobile unit to each of our three stores, to encourage customers to keep their health front and center. We give you the opportunity to stop in and shop, pause for a quick mammogram and top off the experience with a mimosa. Medical visits like these aren’t the highlight of any woman’s year, but they play a key role in detecting cancer and other concerns early on. Did you know that 1 in 8 women nationwide will develop invasive breast cancer? If we can make even a small difference, we want to help.

- Cypress: October 26
