Is there anything sweeter than holding a beautiful new grandbaby for the very first time? The only thing that comes even remotely close (in my absolutely biased opinion) is holding two at once! On June 4, my heart swelled when I had the opportunity to do just that. My beautiful daughter, Magpies Co-owner Megan Beauchamp, and her husband, Brad, made me a grandma once again — this time, to twins!
Georgia Dale and Annabelle Marcelle made their grand entrances into the world that Thursday evening, weighing in at 5 lbs., 5 oz. and 5 lbs., 12 oz., respectively. With chubby little cheeks, strong little lungs and 20 perfect fingers and toes, these new additions are absolute blessings.
I hope these little girls know what they’re in for. I know I can’t wait to spoil them rotten, and the rest of the Magpies ladies are right there with me. In fact, it’s already begun. Take a look at these angels (that’s Georgia on the left and Annabelle on the right) wrapped up in our Big Bow Swaddle!
