A: We ship your package through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS.) Once we have processed and packaged your order, it will be mailed out immediately. It can take up to 7 business days to reach the destination, depending on your location. The USPS has the ability to track your package, so be on the lookout for an email with your tracking information!
A: Yes, we can! However, we regret to note that rush items cannot be sent to P.O boxes. They require a physical address instead.
A: We make every effort to process and ship your order in 1-2 business days. During the holidays, processing and shipping takes 3-4 business days. The timeframe also depends on the day of the week you order, and whether we are able to process your order immediately. Special orders take longer. If items you order are out of stock, we will contact you by email regarding shipping.
A: Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after you place your order. This does not mean that your purchase is being shipped, but only that we have received your online order.

A: Absolutely! During checkout, simply select overnight or 2-day shipping. Express orders must be placed by 12 p.m. (Noon) CST to be processed the same day. Otherwise, your order will be processed the following business day. Unfortunately, we do not process express orders on Saturdays or Sundays. These orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
A: Yes! After your online order is processed and shipped you will receive an email regarding your shipping information — including a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package from our doorstep to yours.
A: If the U.S. Postal Service reports that it has delivered your package, but you have not received it, you must contact your local post office with your tracking number. Sometimes the post office places packages on doorsteps you do not normally use, or they keep them at the post office for you to pick up. A: Yes! When choosing a shipping option, you can select the particular store from which you would like to pick up your items. Once your order arrives at the store of your choice, you will receive a phone call or email regarding pick-up.

A: Your items will be held at the store for pickup for up to 14 business days. After 14 business days, the items will be returned to our store and you will be issued a store credit.
