At Magpies Gifts, we want your online shopping experience to be easy and carefree. However, we know not every item will meet your expectations every time. Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as fair and easy as possible. When returning an item, please take note of the following policies/procedures:
Items Eligible for Return
- Must have original tags, be unworn and in brand-new condition. If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume or deodorant, has animal hair or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
- Shipped returns postmarked within 14 days of the date received will be eligible for a refund, either through the original method of payment or store credit.
- Online purchases returned to our brick and mortar stores will be eligible for exchange or store credit if they are returned to the store within 7 days of the date received.
- After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchase.
- If your merchandise was damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping department at 719.661.9777 so that we may resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Holiday Return Policy
- Orders placed on or between November 15 and December 24 will be eligible for return until January 15. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15. ALL OTHER RETURN GUIDELINES STILL APPLY.
To Exchange an Item
- Please call our shipping department at 713.661.9777 or email [email protected] to arrange the exchange of an item for a different color or size. We will work to accommodate the exchange, as long as the item is still in stock.
