When Your Order is Placed
- You will receive an order confirmation email. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days and will add to the delivery time.
When Your Order is Processed
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders placed after 2 p.m. CST will not receive a tracking number until the following day. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours, please check your spam folder. Order notifications come from email@example.com.
If You Choose In-Store Pick-Up
- Please allow at least 1-2 business days from the time of processing your order for in store pickup. You will receive an email or phone call when your order is ready.
If You Choose Express Shipping
- Express shipping orders must be placed before 12 p.m. (noon) CST to be processed and shipped the same day. All express shipping orders placed after 12 p.m. CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days and will add to the delivery time.
