At Magpies Gifts, we want your online shopping experience to be easy and carefree. However, we know not every item will meet your expectations every time. Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as fair and easy as possible. When returning an item, please take note of the following policies/procedures:
Items Eligible for Return
- Must have original tags, be unworn and in brand-new condition. If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume or deodorant, has animal hair or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
- Shipped returns postmarked within 14 days of the date received will be eligible for a refund, either through the original method of payment or store credit.
- Online purchases returned to our brick and mortar stores will be eligible for a refund if they are returned to the store within 7 days of the date received.
- After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchase.
- If your merchandise was damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping department at 713.661.9777 so that we may resolve the issue as soon as possible.
In-Store Pickup Policy
- Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 72 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times!
- You will be notified via phone or email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to pick up your order.
- Once your order is ready, you will have:
- 48 hours to pick up or cancel your order and still be eligible for a full refund if returned.
- After the initial 48-hour window, you will have 7 additional days to return the item for exchange or store credit.
Seasonal & Holiday Return Policy
- Orders placed on or between November 15 and December 24 will be eligible for return until January 15. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15. ALL OTHER RETURN GUIDELINES STILL APPLY.
- ALL SEASONAL & HOLIDAY CLOTHING, ORNAMENTS, HOME DECOR, ETC IS FINAL SALE. Returns on Seasonal Holiday Items will not be accepted.
Discounted Clothing Return Policy
- Orders placed on Clothing Items with a coupon discount are eligible for return for STORE CREDIT only.
- Orders placed on Clothing Items that are marked on sale are eligible for return for STORE CREDIT only.
- Clearance Clothing Items (60%+ Discount) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
To Exchange an Item
- Please call our shipping department at 713.661.9777 or email info@magpiesgifts.com to arrange the exchange of an item for a different color or size. We will work to accommodate the exchange, as long as the item is still in stock.
